- Collaborate with the Action for Children Digital Communications team and their existing agencies to deliver creative and innovative digital campaigns to reach their audiences online
- Create a branded, more personalised and more secure online donations process
- Ensure the main Action for Children website is easy to navigate and supports key supporter journeys

- New donations hub page gives donors choice over how to give and provides an engaging and motivating donor experience
- Simple and fully branded donations forms help donor retention and reinforce the charity’s brand, with donors reminded at every stage in the process where their money is going
- Redeveloped the main Action for Children website on an open source content management system and a new cloud-based hosting platform, giving their communications team more flexibility and control
- In order to make the website even more local and relevant to users, event and volunteer opportunities and projects are now mapped so visitors can easily search what’s going on in their local area by typing in their postcode
- Supported social media promotion and online fundraising capability for digital projects such as My Action For Children, where supporters can choose to donate to local projects in their area
